Commonweft

About

Commonweft builds hubs for Burke and Caldwell organizations, then we stay.

Commonweft is based in Morganton and works with owners and leaders across Burke and Caldwell Counties, from Morganton to Lenoir and the Hickory area.

We start by finding the bottlenecks your front-line team runs into every day. Then we build your hub around how you already work, and stay to keep it working, improving, and growing with your business. No new system to learn.

We work alongside local consultants and advisors. You keep your advisor; we help make the advice stick.

How we work

01

Discover

A short discovery to scope the hub: what needs to stick, who uses it, and how your team already works — so we build the right thing the first time. If your current setup is the wall, or a hub isn’t the right fix, we’ll tell you.

02

Build

We build your hub around your steps, reports, and paperwork. Routine jobs take minutes instead of an afternoon. Everything lives in one place your team can reach from a phone, including an assistant that knows your business.

03

Keep it running

We stay after the hub is live. We keep it running, adjust it as your work changes, and make sure the fix holds. Your files stay in your own storage.
